Cancellation Policy
I value your time and strive to provide excellent service to each and every one of my clients. I understand that life happens, but to respect my time and the time of other clients, I ask that you follow my cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy:
• 24-Hour Notice: I kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients on our waitlist.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service for next visit.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee next time you book.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate the next client. I cannot guarantee that I would be able to provide the full service if you arrive late.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment online through the booking platform, or you can reach out via call or text at (870)318-9384 if needed. I encourage you to do so as soon as possible to avoid any future charges.
Exceptions:
I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and I may be able to accommodate exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out directly if something unexpected occurs.
